Roberto at Caltech Appliances has been out to repair 2 different appliances at my home. He and his son are always professional, a pleasure to deal with, and fast. They also work with American Home Shield home warranty programs so you can request them if you want.

We got very lucky. Roberto and his son were sent to us from our home warranty (AHS). They were so friendly and did an amazing job. They had to come back to fix a second appliance. They came back right before Christmas. They could have waited until after, but chose to come so we could use that appliance for the holidays. Amazing men!
Roberto and his son are great people, highly professional, and passionate about helping their customers. Many installers will find a way to call it quits when the inevitable unexpected variables pop up. Not these guys ... They really go above and beyond expectations!

Roberto was awesome. I called my home warranty on Wednesday and Roberto scheduled with me that same day for Thursday. He came, saw the problem, and fixed my dryer right then. He had the parts with him. I was only without my dryer for 24 hours. He was professional and pleasant to deal with. Bravo!
